April 16 - December 15 $1,400 per week
December 16 - April 15 $1,800 per week
Rates are in US dollars and subject to change without notice. Maximum occupancy is 6 people and minimum stay is 7 nights.
In consideration of others, smoking is limited to outside the villa.
Reservations are held 7 days pending receipt of the deposit. A deposit of 50% of the total tariff if required at the time of reservation. The balance is due in full, no less than 30 days prior to stay. We gladly accept personal checks and money orders.
Deposit is refundable, less 20% service charge, for cancellations received no later than 30 days prior to scheduled stay. On shorter notice, we will refund the deposit, less 20% service charge, only if we are able to re-book the scheduled time.
To make reservations, please try to call or email both of us. (We both travel occasionally) Also, email usually works fine - but please understand that spam filters might mean that an email slips through the cracks.
